Sundays

As the church, we meet publicly on Sunday mornings to worship. Our gatherings are intended to be participatory and liturgical, which means “reflecting the work of the people.” Described below are some of the various ways we come to worship together. There is always a place for you and your family here.

Worship in Person or Online

Join us for worship on Sunday, either online or at Goshen Post Elementary School. We celebrate through Word, Communion, music, prayer, and service to others. This is a time to intimately commune with God and one another, as well as celebrate that we are deeply loved. Children will have a special dedicated time during our worship. Dress is casual.

Online Worship

Our worship gatherings are available and streamed via YouTube Live on our YouTube Channel. Everyone is welcome to join, and a YouTube account is not needed. Please visit our YouTube page, wait for the livestream to begin at 10:00 AM, and say hello on the message board! Our worship can also be accessed via our Facebook Page.

Brunch Church

Life is found and enriched when we share a meal with diverse people and learn how much we are interconnected. Therefore, we regularly gather around a breakfast table, just like the first disciples, to share a potluck meal and faith together. The fourth Sunday of each month, expect an opening toast, conversation starters, Scripture, readings, a time for reflection and discussion, and a closing prayer. Connect via YouTube Live, as well.

Cross Connections

Cross Connections are gatherings where we focus upon various aspects of faith, culture, and community. Our themes vary but are chosen to explore or enrich our understanding of topics either within or beyond our current horizons. Occasionally, we partner with other organizations to hear about the good works they are doing and how we might support them.

Expressions of Worship

Typically, our worship draws upon our personal experiences and religious knowledge, and it is often expressed through listening and speaking. In contrast, holistic worship utilizes our imaginations and creativity to depict our faith. Expressions of Worship gatherings provide a unique opportunity to utilize the arts to connect with and celebrate God visually or physically.

Outdoor Worship

During the summer we regularly gather at Meadow Glen Park and online via YouTube Live at 10:00 AM for worship. Typically, we gather outdoors on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month during June - August. It is truly unique and beautiful to worship our Creator amidst God’s wonderful creation. Please join us as we come together to sing, praise, embrace, pray, and Commune with one another and with our loving God. All are welcome.
