Okay, so we haven’t come up with a cool name yet…but our Student Discipleship Community is just beginning and we want their input. We understand how important and vital it is for 6th-12th Grade Students to find belonging and acceptance in a community. Our goal is to further our mission by developing a community where students will grow in their faith with one another, learn to love and serve their neighbor, embrace their identity in Christ, and create rich lasting friendships. Here are some of our summer gatherings, but keep checking back as our student community continues to develop. Please email us if you have any questions.
We will spend the day at Kings Dominion and attend KingFest concert that night including Bethel Music, Zach Williams, and We Are Messengers. The cost is about $65 per person and includes transportation, admission to the park, and concert. Limited tickets are available.
We will be camping at Bull Run Regional Park. Join us for a couple of fun evenings camping out and enjoying the activities at Bull Run. If camping isn’t your thing, just plan on joining us during the day. We will be having a Picnic Cookout on Saturday!
We will head to Sandy Spring Adventure Park to participate in their Zip Line and Aerial Adventure Park course for the day. The cost is about $60 for 3 hours of climbing and transportation. Bring a bag lunch that we will eat at the park.
